Fall is a time of transition, grounding and getting back to a nourishing routine. The nights are longer and our bodies need time to slow down and restore. I am leading regular feelosophy (read: restorative yoga & massage) classes around Vancouver, just in time for fall.

Ty has been practicing the art of yoga both on and off of the mat for 10 years. She specializes in yoga for stress and anxiety management. She has taught people of all backgrounds from ages 3 to 83. Yoga truly is for every body.
